How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your PawSeizure Diary account directly from the app. Follow these steps:

In-App Deletion

1. Open PawSeizure Diary on your device
2. Tap the Settings tab (gear icon)
3. Scroll down to the Account section
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm by tapping Yes, Delete My Account in the confirmation dialog

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the parts of your data that are tied only to your account, including:

• Your account profile and authentication credentials
• Your household memberships and your access to shared households
• Household records, uploaded videos, reports, and dog profiles for households where you are the only member

If a household is shared with other members, records in that shared household may remain available to those remaining members after your account is deleted.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Eligible account data is generally removed from our systems within 30 days of your deletion request, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
• If you have an active PRO subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges
• If you are the only member of a household, the household and all associated dog profiles will also be deleted

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, you can request manual account deletion by emailing us at support@pawseizurediary.com. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can review and process your request.
