Open the app, tap the Record tab, and tap the timer button when a seizure begins. The timer tracks the duration. After it ends, you can add details like severity, symptoms, and notes.

You can open the app and start a timer without creating an account, but you'll need an account to save records, access cloud features, or share access with your household.

Go to Settings and tap Sign In. You can sign in with Google, Apple, or email/password.
