Acceptance of Terms

PawSeizure Diary ("the App") is operated by Vincent Lin, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PawSeizure Diary. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Description of Service

PawSeizure Diary is a pet health tracking application that allows you to record canine seizure events, capture video, view analytics, and generate veterinary reports. The App is available in a free tier and a PRO subscription tier.

Free Tier

  • Seizure event logging and timeline

  • Basic analytics
  • One free PDF vet report

PRO Subscription

  • Everything in the free tier
  • Cloud sync across devices
  • Unlimited PDF vet reports
  • Household collaboration

Paid subscription options, pricing, and any introductory offers are displayed in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase.

Subscription Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate shown for the selected plan.

If an introductory trial or promotional offer is available for your selected plan, the applicable terms will be shown at purchase. If you do not cancel an auto-renewing plan before any trial or introductory period ends, it will renew as described in the purchase terms presented to you.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

If a non-renewing purchase option is offered, it will be identified during purchase and will not auto-renew.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Upload content that is malicious, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation

Medical Disclaimer

PawSeizure Diary is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed to help you track and record seizure events to share with your veterinarian. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian with any questions regarding your pet's medical condition. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by PawSeizure Diary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawSeizure Diary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by following our account deletion instructions.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at support@pawseizurediary.com first so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are an EU or Australian consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory local consumer protection laws.
